The Short Version
The tracker is free, and stays free. Food log, weigh-ins, water, one daily target, streaks, workouts, export and import. No account, no card, no time limit.
Pro starts with 14 days free. The Monthly ($19 a month) and 6 Months ($99 every six months) plans begin with a free trial for a new subscriber. A card is taken at the start. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
Then it renews automatically until you cancel. We email you before every charge, with the amount, the date and a one-click cancel link. Cancelling is online, immediate, and takes one tap.
A sale price covers your first term only. If you buy during a sale, the offer shows the sale price, the regular price, and when the sale ends. After the first term the plan renews at the regular price, and we email you before it does.
You have 14 days to ask for any charge back — unless you used the app after the 7th day following that charge. One courtesy refund per year; the law's own refund rights are never capped.
Everything below is the same four rules, said precisely, plus the ordinary terms every service has to carry.
Training, sparring and fighting are at your own risk
Combat sports, sparring, weight cutting and hard training can cause serious injury, illness and, rarely, death. You train, spar, cut weight and fight at your own discretion and at your own risk. Fighter Cut does not supervise, attend, referee or check any session, partner, gym, coach or plan, and does not vet the fighters you meet through Fighter Match.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SARL Machetto Douglas and the Fighter Cut app are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage that comes from training, sparring, fighting, cutting weight, or following anything shown in the app, including sessions arranged through Fighter Match or bought from a coach.
Gyms and coaches that host, run or allow sessions with their fighters (including sessions arranged through Fighter Match or The Corner) are responsible for those sessions and their fighters' safety, and release Fighter Cut from liability for them, as set out in section 13.
Nothing here removes a right the law gives you that cannot be waived, including our liability for injury caused by our own negligence (section 15).
1. Who We Are, What This Covers
Fighter Cut is operated by SARL Machetto Douglas, a company
registered in France, at 161 Rue de la Confrérie, 74500 Publier, France ("we",
"us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for the Fighter Cut app
(iOS and web, including app.fightercut.com), the website at
fightercut.com, and the Fighter Cut Pro subscription.
By using the app you accept these terms. By starting a free trial or buying Pro you also accept the subscription terms in sections 4 to 10, and you give your express, affirmative consent to automatic renewal as described there. The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, if you take part in the referral programme, the Partner Terms sit alongside these.
Fighter Cut is for people 13 and older. If you are 13 to 17, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to use it. To buy Pro you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), or a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn of it. See the Children section of our Privacy Policy.
2. The Free Tier And Pro
The free tier is the whole tracker: the food log with the bundled food database and unlimited custom foods, weigh-ins and the full history, water, one daily target, streaks, the measurements you have already saved, workout capture, and export and import of everything you have entered. It needs no account and no payment, and nothing in it expires.
Fighter Cut Pro adds the cut planner, macro cycling, the full nutrient panel, catalogue search, the supplement advisor and comparator, meal plans and presets, body composition, full charts, the training-load advisor, Apple Health sync, CSV export, and an ad-free experience. The app names every Pro feature at the point where it is withheld.
Two things are never withheld, whatever you pay: safety — every rate-of-loss verdict, risk flag, rehydration and head-trauma warning, WADA flag and nutrient ceiling — and your own data, including the backup, the import, and account deletion. A lapsed subscription never locks you out of what you entered.
Gyms, Scouting And Other Teams' Data
A gym's plan on The Corner is for that gym's own fighters: tracking them and helping them. A fighter who joins a Team gym with its code gets Fighter Cut Pro for their own training at no cost to them. Fighter Cut Pro is about your own camp. Neither a gym's plan nor Pro is for looking at other teams.
Scouting is seeing other teams' data: the fighters and profiles of gyms and schools that are not your own. Without it, a fighter outside your team is shown only by how many fights they have had and whether they are male or female. Scouting is sold on its own, in two forms, plus any applicable tax. A fighter pays $20 for one gym, once, or $10 a month for every gym, and it is theirs alone. A gym pays $59 for one gym, once, or $29 a month for every gym, and it covers every coach and every fighter in that gym for as long as they are in it.
Access to one gym is bought once and does not expire. It lasts for as long as that gym is visible to other gyms, and that condition is part of what you buy: see Team Private below. Access to every gym lasts while its subscription is paid, and it renews and cancels under sections 5 and 6.
Team Private, at $59 a month, is the Team plan plus privacy: nobody outside the gym sees its fighters at all, not their profiles and not their fight counts, whatever anyone else has bought. A fighter can always take their own card down themselves, on any plan.
If a gym you bought goes private. Any gym can move to Team Private at any time, including a gym whose access you have already bought. When it does, your access to that gym stops showing anything for as long as the gym stays private, and it returns by itself if the gym stops being private. There is no refund, in whole or in part, when this happens, because the gym's information was available to you from your purchase until then. By buying access to a gym you accept this. Nothing here limits the refund rules in section 9 or the statutory rights in section 10.
These go on sale in the app as each is ready, and a price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Until Scouting is on sale, a Fighter Cut Pro subscription includes other teams' data; from that day it no longer does. The same holds for Founding Fighters and every other account with permanent Pro: they keep every Pro feature for good, and Scouting, which is not a Pro feature, is bought the same way by everyone. Fighters at founding gyms are the one exception: they pay for nothing in the app, and that includes Scouting.
3. Accounts
The tracker never needs an account. Pro does: the subscription is attached to an account so it follows you across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us through the app (Settings › Help › Contact us) if you think it has been used without your permission.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account. Deletion is real, not a deactivation, and cancels any active subscription with it. Delete an account in the middle of a paid period and the remainder of that period is not refunded, except as section 9 provides.
4. The Free Trial
The Monthly and 6 Months plans begin with a free trial of 14 days for anyone who has not held a Fighter Cut Pro subscription before. One trial per person, per account. The Lifetime plan has no trial. An offer whose promotional price lasts longer than one term (section 5, Promotional prices) has no trial either, and says so before you confirm.
A payment card is collected when the trial starts. Nothing is charged during the trial. The exact date and time the trial ends is shown to you when you start it, in the confirmation email we send at once, and in Settings › Pro throughout.
Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged anything, at any point. You keep every Pro feature until the end of the trial period even after cancelling. If you do not cancel, the trial converts into a paid subscription at the moment it ends: your card is charged the plan price, or the promotional price if you started the trial during a sale, and section 5 applies from then on.
We email you 4 days before the trial ends to say so, with the amount, the date, and a cancel link — whether or not the law where you live requires it.
5. Subscriptions And Automatic Renewal
Automatic renewal. Fighter Cut Pro Monthly and 6 Months are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged the price of the plan at each renewal, until you cancel. Monthly renews every month at $19.00; 6 Months renews every six months at $99.00 (US dollars; the price and currency shown to you at checkout are what you pay). Where a free trial applies, the first charge is made the moment the trial ends. You may cancel at any time, online, by one click from Settings › Pro or from the link in any subscription email; cancellation stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the paid period. Full details of how to cancel are in section 6, and of refunds in section 9.
| Plan | Trial | Then | Renews |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 14 days free | $19.00 | Every month, automatically, until cancelled |
| 6 Months | 14 days free | $99.00 | Every six months, automatically, until cancelled |
| Lifetime | None | $200 once | Never. It is a one-time purchase |
Promotional prices
From time to time a plan is offered at a lower price for a limited period. The prices in the table above are the regular prices, and they are what a plan costs on any day there is no sale. During a sale:
- You see both prices before you buy. The offer shows the promotional price, the regular price, exactly what the promotional price pays for, and the date and time the offer ends. Any percentage shown is calculated from those two prices and rounded down.
- On a subscription, the promotional price pays for the first term only. On the 6 Months plan that is your first six months. When that term ends the plan renews automatically at the regular price in the table above, every six months, until you cancel.
- Some offers keep the promotional price for longer than one term. The offer names how long, for example twelve months, and states every charge. On the 6 Months plan a twelve-month offer means the promotional price is charged twice: once when you confirm and once six months later. After that the plan renews automatically at the regular price in the table above, every six months, until you cancel. An offer like this has no free trial, and says so before you confirm.
- Where the plan has a free trial, the trial comes first. Nothing is charged during it. If you do not cancel, the promotional price is charged when the trial ends, and the regular price at each renewal after that.
- On Lifetime, the promotional price is a lower one-time price. Nothing renews.
- We tell you before the price goes up. The reminders in section 7 are sent before the first renewal at the regular price, and they state both the promotional price you paid and the regular price about to be charged. A reminder before a second charge at the promotional price says that it is one, and states its amount.
- Who can use an offer. Promotional prices are for accounts that do not currently have Pro. A promotional first term on a subscription is available once per account.
- When an offer ends. It ends at the date and time shown. If you open the checkout page before then, you have up to one hour to complete the purchase at the promotional price. After that the regular prices apply.
- What does not change. A promotional price does not change the price of a subscription you already hold. How to cancel (section 6) and the refund rule (section 9) apply to a promotional purchase exactly as they do to any other.
The resubscribe offer
If you unsubscribe from our emails and then choose to subscribe to them again on the unsubscribe page, we may offer your account a discount code. Unsubscribing never depends on it, resubscribing is free with or without it, and you can unsubscribe again at any time and keep the code. Where it is offered:
- What it is. 10% off each of your first six monthly payments. On Fighter Cut Pro it applies to the Monthly plan only: $17.10 instead of $19.00 a month. On The Corner Team plan: $35.10 instead of $39.00 a month per gym. It does not apply to the 6 Months or Lifetime plans.
- After the six payments. The plan renews automatically at the regular monthly price until you cancel. Where the plan has a free trial, the trial comes first and the six discounted payments follow it.
- One per account. The code is issued once per account, can be used once, by the account it was issued to, and expires 30 days after it is issued. It cannot be combined with a promotional price or another code.
- Who is offered it. Accounts that do not have Pro and are not on a gym roster, and gyms that are not on the Team plan. It is not a right: we may not offer it, and we may end the offer for codes not yet issued.
- What does not change. How to cancel (section 6) and the refund rule (section 9) apply exactly as they do to any other purchase.
Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT the law adds where you live; the checkout shows the total before you confirm. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor, from the card on your account. If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period during which your access continues; if it still fails, the subscription ends and nothing further is charged.
Billing descriptor. Card payments for Fighter Cut are processed through the Stripe account of Frenchy Digital LLC, which bills on behalf of SARL Machetto Douglas. Charges will usually appear on your bank or card statement as FIGHTERCUT; some banks show the merchant name Frenchy Digital LLC (or FR DIGITAL) instead. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us using the details at the end of these terms before disputing it with your bank.
Referral credit earned under the Partner Terms is applied automatically to your next renewal and your card is charged the difference. Credit is never paid out in cash.
You confirm at checkout that you have read these terms and consent to the automatic renewal described above. That confirmation is the affirmative consent the law requires, and the confirmation email we send is your copy of it.
6. How To Cancel
Cancelling is online, immediate, and does not require you to call, write, or explain yourself. There are three doors, all the same door:
- In the app: Settings › Pro › Manage or cancel subscription. One tap opens your billing page; one click there cancels. This is the "click to cancel" the law asks for.
- From any subscription email: every email we send before a charge carries a Cancel or manage button that opens the same page.
- On the web: sign in at
app.fightercut.comand use the same Settings row.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (or at the end of the trial), and you keep Pro until then. No further charges are made. We do not offer you a "retention" deal you have to decline first, and we do not require a phone call for something you agreed to online.
The referral credit you have earned stays on your account after cancellation and is applied if you subscribe again, subject to the Partner Terms.
7. What We Send Before A Charge
We will never charge you without telling you first. Every notice names the product, the amount, how often it is charged, the calendar date of the charge, the date by which you must cancel to avoid it, and a direct link to cancel. In particular:
- A confirmation the moment you start a trial or buy Pro, containing these renewal terms, the cancellation policy and how to cancel.
- A reminder 4 days before a free trial ends and converts to a paid subscription.
- A reminder 4 days before each Monthly renewal.
- Two reminders before each 6 Months renewal, about 33 and about 20 days before the charge, so that whichever window your state's law prescribes, one lands inside it.
- For Monthly subscribers, a reminder once a year, before the renewal that carries the subscription past each twelve-month mark, restating the plan, the price, and how to cancel.
- If you bought at a promotional price, the reminders before your first renewal at the regular price state both amounts: what your first term cost and what the renewal will cost.
Notices go to the email address on your account, in the same medium you used to subscribe. They are required by law and by these terms, are not marketing, and cannot be opted out of while a subscription is active. Keep your address current in Settings › Account; a notice sent to the address on file counts as delivered.
8. Price Changes
If we change the price of your plan we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, with the new price, the date it takes effect, and how to cancel. The new price applies only to renewals after that date. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before it; nothing else about your plan changes if you stay. Where the law where you live requires your fresh consent to a price increase, we will ask for it and, absent it, either keep your current price or end the subscription at the end of the paid period — never charge the higher one.
The step from a promotional first term to the regular price is not a price change under this section. It is the price you were shown and agreed to when you bought, and it is covered by section 5 and by the reminders in section 7.
9. Refunds
This is our refund policy. It is in addition to, and never instead of, any right the law gives you (see section 10). Where the law is more generous, the law wins.
The rule
- Every charge opens a window. You may ask for any charge to be refunded in full for 14 days after the day it was made. This applies to the first charge after a trial, to every renewal, and to the Lifetime purchase, whether the charge was at the regular price or a promotional one. The refund is the amount that was charged.
- Using the app past day 7 ends it. If you use Fighter Cut — open it signed in to the subscribed account, or use any Pro feature — after the 7th day following the charge, you have accepted that period and it is not refunded. Use on or before the seventh day does not affect your refund.
- One courtesy refund per year. We issue at most 1 refund under this policy on an account in any rolling 365 days. This cap does not apply to refunds the law requires.
- A refund ends Pro immediately and stops all future charges. Everything you logged stays on your device; the free tracker does not depend on a subscription.
How to ask
Settings › Pro › Request a refund. The app tells you before you tap whether the latest charge qualifies and why. A qualifying refund is issued at once to the card you paid with and usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If we cannot issue it automatically, your request is recorded and a person processes it. You may also ask through Settings › Help › Contact us, choosing Billing.
What is not refunded
- Time remaining on a period you cancelled — you keep access to the end of it instead.
- A charge made more than 14 days ago, unless the law says otherwise.
- A charge in a period you kept using past day 7.
- Charges reversed by chargeback rather than by asking us: a chargeback ends the subscription and the account may be closed.
We do not refund by cash, cheque, or to a different card, and referral credit is never converted to money.
10. Your Statutory Rights, Including The Right Of Withdrawal
Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law where you live gives you and does not let you waive. In particular:
European Union and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day you started it — that is the day the free trial (or, without a trial, the subscription) began. The Court of Justice of the EU has confirmed that this period runs once, from the start of the trial, and does not restart at each renewal.
By starting a trial or subscription you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that if you withdraw after the paid period has begun we may keep an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to the moment you told us. In practice our refund policy in section 9 is at least as generous as that — a full refund within 14 days of any charge — and we apply whichever is better for you.
To withdraw, use Settings › Pro › Request a refund (inside the withdrawal period this is granted regardless of section 9's usage rule), or send us the form below by email or post. You may use the form but do not have to.

Under the Code de la consommation, articles L221-18 to L221-28, the same 14-day right applies, and your express request for immediate performance with acknowledgement of its effect on that right is given at checkout as described above.
United States
These terms are written to satisfy the automatic-renewal laws of California (Business and Professions Code §§17600–17606), New York, Massachusetts, Colorado, Illinois, Vermont, Virginia, Minnesota, Utah, the District of Columbia and every other state with such a law: clear disclosure before you agree, your affirmative consent, a confirmation you can keep, reminders before renewal, and cancellation online by the same means you subscribed. Where a state grants you a right beyond these terms, you have it.
Australia, Canada, and elsewhere
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under your local consumer law, such as the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes them.
11. Founding Fighters And Referral Credit
Accounts created during the TestFlight beta, and holders of a founding code, keep every Pro feature permanently at no charge. That promise is recorded against the account, does not expire, and is not affected by anything in sections 4 to 9, which apply only to paid subscriptions.
Referral credit is governed by the Partner Terms. It is a discount on what you owe us, never cash, and a refund or chargeback of the payment that earned it reverses it.
12. The Coaches Corner
The Coaches Corner lets coaches sell programs, monthly coaching, cut plan reviews, digital downloads and places at sessions or seminars. This section covers buying them and, for coaches, selling them.
Buying from a coach
- The coach is the seller you pay. The charge is made by the coach, through their own Stripe account, at the price shown on the coach's page. Fighter Cut is the marketplace that lists the offer and processes the order; it is not the seller. There is no extra service fee for the buyer. The coach creates and delivers the content, and it is not medical advice (section 15).
- What you get. A program or review is shown in My coaching. A download is available from My coaching through a link that is valid for one hour each time you open it. A session or seminar is one place on the date, time and at the place shown; the coach runs it.
- Refunds are made by the coach and follow the rule of section 9: 14 days from the charge. Every coach agrees to this rule before selling. A cut plan review the coach has already answered, a download you have already opened, and a session that has already taken place have been delivered and are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise. If a coach cancels a session, you are refunded in full.
- Buying happens on fightercut.com. The iPhone app shows the coach's page but does not sell coaching.
Selling as a coach
- You are the seller. Each sale is charged on your own Stripe account, in your name. You are responsible for delivering what you sold, for refunds under this section, and for any dispute or chargeback a buyer opens with their bank, including its fees.
- Our fee is 20% of each sale. You set the price; Fighter Cut takes 20% of it as a marketplace fee and you keep the rest. Stripe's own card processing fee is charged to your Stripe account. For monthly coaching the same split applies to every monthly charge. A refund does not return our fee unless we choose to.
- Getting paid. You open your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Stripe verifies your identity, collects your tax details (in the US, a Form W-9) and your bank account, and pays you out on your Stripe schedule. You manage it in your own Stripe Dashboard. Fighter Cut never sees or stores your full tax number or bank details.
- Taxes. Stripe issues the annual US tax form for your Stripe account (Form 1099-K) where it is required. You are responsible for your own taxes, including any sales tax on what you sell.
- Your content. You must own or have the rights to everything you sell, and it must be accurate and lawful. You give us a licence to host, show and deliver it to buyers. Each shop is reviewed before it goes live, and we may remove an offer or a shop that breaks these terms.
- You are an independent coach, not our employee or agent.
13. Fighter Match
Fighter Match helps fighters find sparring and training partners at other gyms. It is not a dating service.
- Adults only. You may use Fighter Match only if you are 18 or older. Your card is shown to others only after you confirm that yourself, at sign up ("Show my fighter card in Fighter Match. I am 18 or older.") or later in the app. Kids and junior cards are never shown. Confirming an age that is not true breaks these terms.
- On by default, shown only when you say so. Every fighter card is opted in, but stays out of every deck until you confirm you are 18 or older. You can leave at any time in one tap, which takes you out of every deck at once.
- No checks on anyone. We do not verify identity, age, record, weight, skill, health or intentions. Meet at a gym, with staff present, and use your own judgement about every partner and every session.
- Behaviour. Use it for training only. No harassment, threats, sexual content, spam, fake cards, or contact with anyone who is under 18. You can block anyone, silently, and report them; a report also blocks them. We review reports and may suspend or remove a card or an account.
- Sessions you plan. A session planned through Fighter Match is an arrangement between the fighters and the host gym. The host gym decides whether it happens and how it is run.
- Paid extras. Pro raises the daily like limit and adds travel mode and other martial arts; the free tier keeps matching.
Gyms and coaches
A gym or coach that hosts, runs or allows sessions involving its fighters, including sessions arranged through Fighter Match or The Corner, is solely responsible for supervising them, for the safety of everyone taking part, for its own waivers, insurance and rules, and for anyone under 18 in its care. To the fullest extent the law allows, by using Fighter Cut or The Corner the gym and its coaches release SARL Machetto Douglas and the Fighter Cut app from any claim arising from those sessions and agree to defend and indemnify us against claims brought by their fighters or others about them.
14. Using The App
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own training and nutrition. You may not resell it, share one Pro account among several athletes, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service. We may suspend an account used to attack the service, to defraud the referral programme, or to farm refunds.
Everything you enter is yours. The app is local-first: by default your data lives on your device and, with an account, weigh-ins sync so they survive a lost phone. You can export all of it at any time from Settings › Data, and you can delete it. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. The app, its code, its content and the Fighter Cut name and marks are ours.
Only upload photos and files you own or have permission to share. We remove content when we receive a valid copyright notice, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. How to send a notice or a counter notice, and our registered agent, are on our Copyright and DMCA page.
The Film Room (Beta)
The Film room, also called the fight analyzer, is a live beta feature of Pro. It is still being refined and tested, and it is offered as it is. You may use it, but it is not accurate: every count, target and score it gives is an estimate, and none of it should be relied on for a coaching, medical, scoring or betting decision.
Pro alone does not open the Film room. Before your first clip, the app asks you to agree to the beta terms set out here. If you do not agree, you may not use this feature, including on a paid plan. You can withdraw your agreement at any time inside the feature, which locks it again on that device.
By agreeing, you accept that the videos you upload are analyzed, and that the tracking data and counts taken from them may be collected and analyzed to make the fight counters and our content more accurate. What is collected, and what stays on your device, is described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm, for every video you upload, that you have the right to upload it and that it is not copyrighted content you are not licensed to use or distribute. That covers broadcast and pay-per-view footage, and it covers the people who appear in the video. Content that is not licensed to you is taken down if it is flagged, and we may close the Film room, or the account, of anyone who uploads such content again. Anyone can flag a video through our Copyright and DMCA page.
Fight Records
The fights you add to your profile must be real and official: a bout that took place, run or sanctioned by a real organisation, at a named event, on the date you give, with the result you give, and marked amateur or pro as it was fought. Each time you add a fight, the app asks you to confirm this. Changing the date, the opponent or the result asks you to confirm it again.
Falsifying a fight record is a breach of these terms. That covers inventing a bout, changing a result, claiming another fighter's record, and linking to a record that is not yours. We do not verify records and we do not present any record as verified by us. In some cases the app asks for a link to your official record before a fight counts: for a pro bout, and for a fighter who is on no gym roster and has logged more than five fights.
A fight that is missing what the app asks for stays a private draft: only you see it, it earns no points and it is not shown to anyone. If we have good reason to believe a record is false, we may remove the fight and the points it earned, take the record off your public profile and the boards, and suspend or close the account for a serious or repeated breach.
To dispute a removal, use Settings › Help › Contact us, or write to legal@fightercut.com, within 30 days, with a link to the official result or the fight card. We answer within 14 days and restore the fight and its points when the record holds up.
15. Not Medical Advice, And Our Liability
Fighter Cut is a planning and tracking tool for athletes. It is not a medical service. We are not doctors, registered dietitians or licensed healthcare professionals, and nothing in the app — cut plans, targets, supplement information, WADA flags, safety verdicts — is medical advice or a substitute for it. Weight cutting carries real risk. Work with qualified professionals and your commission's medical officer for anything that matters on the scale or in your blood, and stop if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we exclude other warranties, and our total liability to you in connection with the app or Pro is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude, and nothing limits the consumer rights described in section 10.
16. Changes To These Terms
Every version of these terms carries a date. If we change them in a way that affects a paid subscription — price, renewal terms, the refund rule — we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you may cancel before it does. Other changes take effect when posted here. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect is acceptance of it; a subscription is always governed by the version you were told about before the charge in question.
We may withdraw or change features of Pro over time. If we remove something material from the plan you pay for, we will tell you and you may cancel and, for a 6 Months plan, receive a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
17. Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives your right to bring a claim in your own courts.
Talk to us first: most billing problems are solved from Settings › Pro or with one ticket through Settings › Help › Contact us. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French consumers may refer a dispute to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) after contacting us.
